LustxAI, a product of Astro Smart Tech LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement on our platform.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

If you believe that content hosted on LustxAI infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent:

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your DMCA notice must include the following information as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
The specific URL(s) or location(s) of the allegedly infringing material on LustxAI.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: Incomplete notices may not be processed.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Orange County, California, and will accept service of process from the complainant.
Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

LustxAI enforces a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringement. Users who are found to have repeatedly posted infringing material may have their account permanently terminated, at our sole discretion.

5. Important Notes

Submitting false claims or counter-notices can result in legal liability. Please consult legal counsel if you are unsure about your rights.
This policy does not waive any rights or defenses under the DMCA or other laws.
